Vista Unidentified Network Error

After trying 101 different fixes to resolve my Unidentified Network errors with a Vista client I have found a fix. The computer couldn’t get any access to the local network – let alone past the default gateway. Even with statically configure IP details the computer still couldn’t connect.

I found that resetting the IP Stack on the client resolve the issue. At an elevated privilege command prompt type the following:

netsh int ip reset

This should  resolve the issue.
